Whale- there is a first time for everything

i finally gave in to peer pressure and tried a very small piece of whale bacon.

it was thick and opaque white in color. At first, I wasn't quite sure of what it was and I was extremely hesitant to eat it but after coercion and encouragement from my company president, I just threw it back (like a tequila shot).

Now i am filled with remorse and guilt and my whale-loving sister has recently decided to disown me.

It was good though. But not worth it.

smartfm is UNREAL

so if you are trying to learn a language, you should definitely check out smartfm. I use it every night for my JLPT test prep and I feel a lot better.

It really helps with vocab. Of course, you need to look elsewhere for grammar. 

sometimes

sometimes i think about what i will look like when i get old.

and i worry that i will look like Bea Arthur.

sometimes, this keeps me awake at night.

i love charles grodin (of Beethoven fame).. he is super cool.. 

i was SHOCKED to find out that he is 74!!!! how did that happen? 

Apparently, he was 58 when he filmed Beethoven, but he looked 40!

i spent the entire evening thereafter considering what my particular fetish on the opposite sex is.

i just realised, (many weeks later) that my favourite body part on the opposite sex is cheekbones and jaw.. i have a thing for sunken cheekbones. oh and expressive eyebrows. 

seriously considering buying these...
